Unfortunately, “Revenge of the Creature”, originally scheduled next for our show will NOT be available to us for this Saturday night, March 17th.
However, we WILL be running a brand new program- with Vincent Price as a prestidigitator out for revenge as “The Mad Magician”! Also in this show, we’ll have a special interview with a master of make-up effects, Michael Burnett, a special tribute from… New Jersey ( ?! ), a visit from Tombstone, and a new song. This 1954 follow-up to Price’s “House of Wax” was also shot in 3-D, and has some similarities to the previous film. It also has something the other film didn’t have- Eva Gabor!
“The Mad Magician” will appear on MeTV this Saturday night at 8 pm eastern/pacific, 7 central, or check channel and time in your local listings, or at www.metv.com .
Also- thank you for the kind birthday greetings. I’ve had to hold off on celebrating, thanks to an extremely nasty cold I somehow picked up- but the birthday wishes certainly made me feel better!
